Description
  • SL84604 is a MIPI D-PHY serializer / de-serializer which supports a D-PHY input bandwidth of up to 10 Gbps. It is used to transport the serialized data electrically without needing any additional external components.

  • Configurable as a serializer or de-serializer
  • Integrated pre-emphasis and equalization for electrical transport
  • Serializes up to 8 MIPI D-PHY data lanes together with the MIPI D-PHY clock lane
  • Supports lane data rates of up to 2.5 Gbps per lane in 4 lane mode and up to 1.25 Gbps per lane in 8 lane mode
  • Supports dual camera operation
  • Can serialize an additional 5 general purpose CMOS level signals
