SL83014 is a MIPI D-PHY serializer / de-serializer which supports a D-PHY input bandwidth of up to 2 Gbps. It is designed to be used together with Silicon Line’s VCSEL drivers and TIAs to create a complete optical link for VR / AR, medical and security applications and can also be used to transport the serialized data electrically.

  • Ultra-low power consumption of 6 mW (serializer) and 26 mW (de-serializer) at the maximum data rate
  • Available in a QFN-48 package and a uBGA-42 package
