MUNICH, Nov. 26, 2024 – Silicon Line GmbH, a leading provider of ultra-low-power technologies for next-generation high-speed video and imaging interconnects, is pleased to announce its participation in the STMicroelectronics Partner Program. This collaboration combines Silicon Line’s MIPI serialization technology for camera and displays together with the ST60, a wireless point-to-point transceiver IC operating at 60GHz, from STMicroelectronics, helping customers reduce development cycles and speed up time-to-market.
The joint solution offers a highly power-efficient, high data rate MIPI wireless link, enabling freedom from physical cables and connectors for short-range, point-to-point communications (a few cm), using a variety of external antennas.
“Our MIPI D-PHY serializer / deserializer (SerDes) enables real-time native MIPI signal transmission over a variety of media, with ultra-low power consumption and latency of just a few nanoseconds,” said Yifeng Liann, CEO of Silicon Line. “We are excited to join the ST Partner Program to jointly deliver innovative and proven solutions to the markets which require wireless MIPI transport.”
