(The EverProX team showcasing the latest MSDL 20G technology at MIPI Demo Day 2026.)
In October 2026, the MIPI Alliance held its Asia member meeting and MIPI Demo Day in Taipei, Taiwan. The sold-out event featured 15 industry-leading companies showcasing live demonstrations of the latest MIPI technologies and implementations. Securing an excellent booth location near the main exhibition entrance, EverProX emerged as one of the standout highlights of the event.
Groundbreaking MSDL 20G Live Demonstration
During the event, EverProX presented a live demonstration of its innovative MSDL 20G technology, featuring three 4K cameras operating simultaneously over a pair of MIPI D-PHY SerDes and Active Optical Cables (AOC). MSDL’s unique combination of high bandwidth, ultra-low power consumption, long reach, and the exceptional EMI immunity provided by optical fiber connectivity resonated strongly with attendees and industry experts.

(MIPI Demo Day 2026 attracted numerous industry experts, leading to engaging discussions.)
The demonstration attracted significant attention from fellow exhibitors and key figures, including Directors and Working Group Chairs of the MIPI Alliance. Their keen interest was particularly encouraging, leading several chairs to return to the EverProX booth multiple times with additional colleagues to learn more about the technology. The overwhelmingly positive feedback reinforced the belief that MSDL has the potential to become a serious alternative to established technologies like GMSL, particularly in applications where ultra-low power, extended reach, and EMI immunity are critical differentiators.

Empowering Edge AI and Next-Generation Vision Systems
Beyond the impressive technical showcase, EverProX engaged in valuable discussions with numerous potential customers and ecosystem partners. As edge AI and physical AI continue to drive more complex distributed sensing architectures, the demand for high-performance, long-reach MIPI connectivity is growing. Aligning with the expanding MIPI ecosystem, EverProX plans to prioritize MIPI I3C support in future D-PHY and C-PHY SerDes developments and will closely monitor the adoption of emerging standards like SWI3S.
Our participation in MIPI Demo Day successfully validated the technical appeal of MSDL 20G and the effectiveness of live demonstrations in communicating its strong value proposition. Moving forward, EverProX will capitalize on this momentum by increasing targeted outbound marketing and strengthening collaborations within the MIPI Alliance. We remain dedicated to building broader industry awareness and positioning MSDL as a credible, premier connectivity solution for next-generation consumer, industrial, medical, and robotics vision systems.
