Silicon Line announces CEO appointment

April 4, 2008 – Mr. Juergen Ruprecht joins Silicon Line as Chief Executive Officer

Silicon Line GmbH, a provider of ultra-low powers analog ICs, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Juergen Ruprecht as Chief Executive Officer.

Juergen brings more than 25 years experience in the semiconductor business driving profitable growth in competitive markets. Prior to joining Silicon Line, Juergen served as Vice President, Systems Development at Silicon Image. Prior to this assignment, Juergen held the position of the chief executive officer at sci-worx (formerly: Sican), where he was responsible for the major overhaul of company into Europe’s leading IP and Design Service provider. Prior to sci-worx, Juergen served in various high level management positions, including several years Philips Semiconductors/USA.
Juergen holds a Master Degree in electrical engineering from the University of Kiel.
