SL 82026T

The SL82026(Temperature Controller) is a multi-rate VCSEL driver optimized for ultra-low power, fiber related data transport applications with respect to various transmission standards.
The driver is designed in standard CMOS and operates from a either a single
2.5V or 3.3V power supply. It supports data rates up to 3.0 Gbps.
The ultra-low power consumption of only 1 mW makes it possible to use the SL82026T in a single-package VCSEL/VCSEL-driver hybrid design.
The SL82026T can be DC-coupled to the VCSEL, thereby eliminating the need for any bias filters and saving costs. The VCSEL-driver operates over a
-40 to +100 șC temperature range. A programmable temperature controller allows automatic control of the output currents dependent on the ambient temperature.
To facilitate assembly in small form factor packages the SL82026T integrates all necessary functions on chip.
No external components are needed to operate the driver.
The SL82026T is available in bare die form.
